Events Terms & Conditions

I hereby agree that I (Guest) will provide {content created} to SLIICK LLC in connection with the content process people involved in concept and design.

Conditions
This agreement will take effect at checkout and/or when you are registering for event access. The period of performance for this agreement is on-going and continuing. Publications tagging and “Giving Credit” to those involved continuing up to 1year.

Scope of Work
The scope of bartered/sharing services may be comprehensive in nature including:
Sharing ALL content created.
Creative/art direction
Brand and concept consulting
Editing creation or redesign
Web, social media, and promotional publications
Collateral (graphics, flyers, media kit, clothing, etc.)

Delegation
The parties agree that no portion of services or work may be performed by other artists, in-house consultants, or developers, without SLIICKs written approval.

Components of our collaboration
The parties understand that this will be a collaborative, professional relationship of
equals where mutual professional respect, courtesy and consideration are expected. To facilitate successful collaborations, the parties agree to the following
collaborative process:
• Initial meeting to set concepts/goals
• Regular reporting
• Ongoing communication
• Conference calls (when needed)
• Online facilitation of approvals, document exchange, and deliverables
• Quality control, ensuring precision and value in all aspects of work

Timing
Artist will prioritize performance of Services as may be necessary and will undertake
commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services within the time(s) identified
below:

Guest shall: (a) provide written comments and/or corrections sufficient to identify any concerns, objections or corrections to SLIICK (b) Formal Letter via email that may be
added to the portfolio and/or used as a reference.

Guest shall be entitled to request written clarification of any concern, objection or
correction and GUEST shall have the opportunity to RETURN, repair, correct or re-design any work that does not conform to the design specifications in order to make it acceptable to guest

Guest agrees to deliver any revised, corrected, or re-designed work to Guest within
10 days upon receipt of written comments, objections, and/or correction requests
received from Client.

Guest agrees to deliver the final files to SLIICK no later than 5 days after final design approval.

Ownership and rights
Upon completion of the event, all rights and ownership of the preparation materials, sketches, and visuals, including the electronic files used to create the content, final artwork, and digital files shall become SLIICK property.

Originating from Slidell, LA Erinesha was born to make an impact. With a goal of inspiring self-awareness and wellness practices into the lives of 100,000 black people yearly, Utilizing yoga is one way of doing so.

Erinesha has worked vigorously to be a voice in the community, and create programs that offer education and self-efficiency, such as SLIICK Garden a youth program that teaches sustainable living, SLIICK Brand Ambassadorship that aids adults in personal & professional development, and a Kemetic Yoga Teacher Training Retreat that helps people of all ages learn the full body benefits of a yoga practice.

As Erinesha grows to achieve her goal of self-made entrepreneurship with seven streams of income. Her passion and persistence are her driving force in creating a world better than the one she was born into.
